Problem: This multi-family two-story home needed a new HVAC system in the first-floor apartment. Window air conditioning units and an old gas-fired, forced hot water baseboard system was already installed in the home.
Solution: N.E.T.R., Inc. installed a two-unit LG ductless HVAC system with an outdoor condenser unit to supplement the existing baseboard heat and eliminate the need for window ACs.

The owners of this beautiful, two-story home in Marlborough, MA, loved the charm of this older home but knew it needed some renovations. They decided to live in one part of the house and renovate the first-floor apartment.
While the family was still renovating the apartment, Chip Moeckel met with them to discuss a solution for the home. He noted that the open floorplan would allow for better airflow throughout the house, which would help with the initial cost of installation, as well as the monthly bills.
N.E.T.R., Inc. got to work straight away on this project, ensuring the installation process was completed before the family was ready to list their apartment for rent.
This family was thrilled with the LG ductless system that allowed their tenant premium heating to supplement the forced hot water baseboard heating. This supplemental use of the ductless system will save the tenant and family big on their energy and gas bills throughout the winter.
