In this case, the whole building functioned on a single heating system, which did not provide every homeowner the comfort they needed. Our owner needed to be able to control the heat in her unit, and a single head Mitsubishi Hyper-Heating unit worked wonders for her. The unit was installed in her kitchen, providing heat and air circulation throughout her home. We were able to thread the wiring through her bathroom and install the outdoor unit right under the fire escape stairs- without interfering with the safety of the escape.

Installation with Little Visual Impact

We were able to tuck the outdoor unit conveniently under the fire escape stairs, avoiding any additional visual clutter to the building while still maximizing our homeowner's comfort.

As you can see from the picture below, the unit is placed right under the stairs but not in the way of exit and safety- making it a perfect place to minimize the impact on neighbors or the outside of the building.
