The Problem: The family owners of this two-story Dutch Colonial home in Roslindale, MA, had no air conditioning in the office. They were using a window AC to keep cool, but the expense and safety risks were not worth the air conditioning provided.
The Solution: N.E.T.R., Inc. installed a Mitsubishi ductless AC system with a single indoor air handler and one outdoor condenser unit. The new AC system is designed to allow for further expansion if the family needs additional cooling in the future.
